I really don't watch TV much but I do like to catch a local weather broadcast so I wanted a small (13") TV. I'm loath to drill any holes in my new(er) R23 so I had a mounting plate made.
Basically, it mounts behind the port hole trim ring and has a tab I put a TV mount adapter plate on. So, I can hang a small TV over the dinette without any drilling and screwing in the boat.
