Vinyl peeled away from windshield on new R23

Hi All,

Just a couple of months after getting our new R23, the vinyl at the inside bottom of the windshield peeled away. It was after some hot weather so maybe the heat melted the glue?

Anyway, suggestions on how to glue it back? What adhesive should I use?

Here's a picture of one section, but it separated along the entire length.


Would this be considered a warranty item?

Yep, mine did the same.

Hello,

We use a spray adhesive made by 3M. You'll want to spray both sides, then let it sit for minute before joining the two sides.
