I've done quite a bit of boating on the Great Lakes as a first mate and diver. Mostly on 23' - 25' Carver or other cruisers. Now that we have moved to WA, we are talking about getting our own boat to enjoy as a family and the Ranger Tugs have really caught my attention (R27 specifically). I thought a good way to get some experience first hand with them would be to volunteer to be a first mate for a while.
If anyone is looking for someone willing to do the grunt work (and ask A LOT of questions along the way) - I am your guy. I live in Port Townsend so the west side of the Sound works best for me but if we could meet up near a ferry dock - I can take a ride across to meet up as well.
