From top of engine - cover removed. This is looking down at injector - looking at the rubber tube(s) the look worn - what are their function?

Fuel hose to injectors
 
Yes the metal pipe but the little hose is soft and squishy - it could never hold the pressure - seems like a vent system ?

That is the fuel leak off line. It is the return fuel line from the injector. Low pressure.
 
Ahh, yes I see - is there a service schedule for these??
