Ever heard of an engine shutting down while cruising, only to start again and quit when putting it in forward? The transmission is stuck in reverse, and it will only move in reverse. In neutral, it is stuck in reverse. I switched the solenoid switches around to see if that was the problem, and it wasn't. So, it is either a control wiring issue where the transmission is not getting the right signal, or the transmission is shot. What do you think?
