I continue to find some Volvo Penta items a challenge to obtain in my local area. Based on Tugnuts research, it appears that some owners are using equivalent non-Volvo Penta engine oil but sticking to the Volvo Penta Coolant VCS.
Appreciate any info you could provide on:
* Engine oil (non Volvo Penta) brands you have been using.
* Coolant - are there any equivalents or are you sticking with Volvo Penta VCS? If so, what is a good source of supply?
