Good Morning! Thank you for your help in advance!

Two Questions:
1. I have a 2016 R25 SC with at D3 Volvo Penta Diesel Inboard. Is there a zinc on/in the engine and where is it located?

2. What is the battery voltage needed to start the Webasto Heater? Was on the hook recently and got an error code of "low voltage". Started the main engine and the Webasto fired right up.

We had a 2015 D-3 150 and I never read about or learned of a being zinc on that engine.
 
As far as I know there are no zincs for the volvo engine.
As far as the webasto goes. Check your battery and connections as well as connections for the webasto. I would not be concerned about how low the voltage can be for the webasto as much as to why was your voltage low. How old are your house bank batteries and have they been discharged regularly?
