A Walker Bay dinghy was included with the purchase of the SLO Ranger. I have been unable to determine the correct method of installing the oar locks into the side rails. They fit snuggly in the holes provided, but the "o-rings" on the posts will not allow them to seat completely. The factory web site has not been helpful, and there was no manual included with the boat. Perhaps another Tug Nut can provide some insight here.
