Warranty work

Does anyone else have any problems being reimbursed for warranty work? It's been several months and Ranger Tug approved my warranty repair but has stalled paying for a couple of months so far. Having a terrible time getting a timely response from them. Very unhappy. This is my 3rd Ranger Tug I have purchased.

Yeah, same here. It does eventually come. Their a very good company with a few idiosyncrasies. Patience.

I waited 8 months for full payment of a warranty repair. A number of emails, a few phone calls, and a lot of waiting. I personally don't think this was intensional. Going pains, as production goes up other systems slow down. Give it some more time and send a few more Emails. You will get paid.
