My 2014 R29 did not, and my understanding is neither will yours. For us, it was easy enough to get eyes on the vent line, and only a little harder to get a "big orange filter" installed. Highly recommend. I bought our filter when we bought the boat and then proceeded to put off installing it. This last weekend we were at anchor, getting tossed around by wakes, and the movement got our tank air moving. It stank bad enough that I got out of the water and installed the filter. It took 20 minutes. This is a must do, in my opinion.
