Checked everything in the chain locker. It’s coming forward of that, I’m thinking fairlead bolts ♂️I've seen similar posts. Check the anchor locker drain hose for bad connections or kinks in the hose.
Yes, I found my leak in the same place, removed anchor fairlead and there was the crack. Great documentation of your repair. For now mine is fixed with silicone.I had this happen with my C26 Cutwater. The factory did not seal the hull to deck when the boat was built. This leak was coming from the area where the anchor roller is located. The leak would come and go. I could not find the leak until one day that we were on board and there was a driving rain. I took the interior apart at the bow. Photos in album. https://www.tugnuts.com/media/albums/bow-water-leak.64840/
Look at the photos of BB marine’s repair. It’s right under the winch fairlead where the outer hull meets the top deck.Any chance you have a photo of the crack? I also have a 2019 C28 and I haven't had this issue yet but I'd kike to have a look at mine if the same area
Once I found the leak I forgot to take pictures, just got busy trying to repair. But after looking @BB marine reply to this post it was the same location.Look at the photos of BB marine’s repair. It’s right under the winch fairlead where the outer hull meets the top deck.
If you look at this link it shows the poorly sealed deck to hull location. I have in the past had several Cutwater owners email me because of this issue. I contacted Fluid Motion about this when I had the issue. They are aware of the issue. https://www.tugnuts.com/media/albums/bow-water-leak.64840/Any chance you have a photo of the crack?
