Water leaking into rear compartment R29

Is there a gasket or something to keep water from leaking into the cabinet under the cooler ? If the fold down lid were snugger there would be no leak.

You may want to check the cup holders to see if they are plumbed or not. Once you plumb those 2, it stays quite dry. I also put a bead of bathroom tile moulding (vinyl which is self adhesive) under the cooler lip which also makes the water run off and not into the storage area. Now it stays real dry...even in winter rains.
