How do I get to my cabin water pump, it pumps about 1/2 a gal. per min. I have a 28' Cutwater.

Good morning Robbern,
I assume you are refering to your fresh water pump?
If that is correct, follow the following steps for a easy resolve,
-as you enter the Cave you will turn left which will have you facing forward(the bow)
-that wall can be removed by taking out the square drive screws, when you have that wall removed you will see your fresh
water pump, I believe it is a Johnson pump.
Hope that helps, any further questions just let me know
Good luck,
Mike

Before you spend too much effort replacing the pump I would suggest you check the screens into faucet lines. I am on my maiden voyage with a 2015 R25SC and first day out had no hot water pressure, a mere trickle like you describe if not worse. Cleaned the screens and everything works fine.

Took the screens out of the taps and still no water pressure. Are there inline screens or filters?

There is a screen right at the pump. Also there could be several screens associated with the water, specifically at the galley sink. On the galley sink, besides the screen at the hose/faucet head connection, there is a check valve where the flex hose connects to the screen. There is a whole thread on this issue. Remove the check valve. I have also encountered screens at the connections where the water lines ( Hot and Cold) connect to the faucet leads. The head sink has been less of an issue for me, but you may want to check the same things on that faucet. After that you may want to check the lines running from the pump out as there may be a kink somewhere. Removing the line at the pump will at least determine that the pump is pumping properly.

Let us know how things work out..

Thanks, will do.
