I've been to Waterford with my boat, nice town and docks. I was not there for the roundup. I think the roundup would be a blast with your 21EC!

There are two types of Tugs at the roundup; pleasure tugs and work tugs. You'll fit right in.
It's a great time, highly recommend it. Register/sign up to get dock space, otherwise, you'll be out of luck, and have to dock up river and walk back down. (Not the end of the world)
