As we cruised down the coast on our C28 (2011) at the end of the season, our Webasto heater stopped working. No problem, we have 2 other heat sources, A Wallas diesel stove top and the bus heater off the engine heat. I will look at it once the boat was on the trailer at the house. Where the heck is the Webasto? Built into a cavity under the microwave! To crawl into the quarter birth, the mattress and addition bedding had to be dragged out. I noticed that perhaps a bundled sleeping bag was blocking an air vent. The carpeted wall panel was removed to expose the heater. The control rheostat glowed green, but the heater was not getting the message to turn on. I phoned Webasto marine tech help, (800) 667-8900 Canada. Jeff suggested a circuit reboot: TURN ON; REMOVE 15a FUSE; WAIT 30 SECONDS; TURN OFF; PUT FUSE BACK IN; TURN ON (and pray). There is a God, the heater fired up! Thank you Jeff.
