Webasto Heater will not start

Our 2019 27OB webasto heater started and ran for about 5 to 10 min then gray/black smoke from the exhaust then the unit went through a shutdown sequence. Restarted and gray/black smoke coming from exhaust and after a bit unit shuts down. I changed the filter and added diesel treatment, let it set for a couple of days and attempted a couple of restarts with the same results. I do now have an error code F11. I've reset the unit by pulling the fuse's, results are the same. We are in Gig Harbor. Anyone one have ideas to solve? Or recommendations for someone who can work on the Webasto heater.
