Weight Capacity of Dinghy Lift on the R-27

We are considering purchase of a lifeboat/dinghy, the Portland Pudgy. The weight of the boat is 128 pounds, while the survival canopy adds 30 pounds for a total of 158 pounds. Does this exceed the carrying capacity of the R-27 factory lift?
