But if you're at all familiar with USCG Chief Warrant Officer Mario Vittone (2007 USCG Person of the Year), you might anticipate where he's going with his closing remarks to the 2009 USCG Human Performance Technology Workshop. He's a former marine safety specialist with the USCG and a regular contributor on the subject to boating magazines.
