The Volvo D3 is no longer produced. According to Volvo at the Rendezvous there is an exchange program available where you exchange you old engine for a new long block to build an engine using the needed additional parts from your old engine.

I have heard of a few people who have had this done after a failed timing belt ruined the engine.
