After a decade of use our Xantrex LinkLite battery monitor is on the fritz. Since I added a solar system to Our Journey this Xantrex unit is now the third of a triple redundant battery monitoring instrument after my two Victron Energy battery monitors. I really don’t need triple redundancy.
The Xantrex display is on the port side entrance to the v-berth. It is mounted in a 2 1/8” hole cut through the 1/2” thick teak plywood.
Anyone out there have an innovative and informative instrument or gauge suggestion to put in the Xantrex’s place? The replacement needs to be pretty flush to the wall given its location.
PS: The SCAD TM-1 waste tank monitor gauge comes to mind but not sure I want it so prominent displayed.
