What's in a name?

One suggestion, or maybe two 🙂

Pun-type boat names can be confusing and/or difficult to decipher over the radio. That was one of my first considerations. You might even try testing your name ideas over a radio type device and see if others can get them correctly. 😀
 
Glad I got my vote in yesterday! 😀

When you go to the Natural Environment Research Council website now, you get the following:

"Name Our Ship is being updated
Thanks for visiting. We’re making some essential updates to the #NameOurShip website.
In the meantime, please enjoy this cute penguin. We’ll be back shortly."

Guess while they appreciated the attention they were getting, the silly names were getting out of control.

I can really appreciate a name that has had some thought put into it, silly or not. How many "Sun Seekers or Wind Chasers" do we need?
