I’ve got a 2016 R25 classic. Mechanic is looking for this sensor to confirm it’s not being interfered with as we calibrate and time it. Anyone know where it is located so we can check on it? We see the ECU in the starboard rear deck hatch - looking for the CCU

We found it! It’s in the single berth compartment under the dining table and aft bench seat. Thank you

Make sure you keep anything that could interfere with it well away! I had stored the 12V electric pump for the dinghy close by and it sent the autopilot heading haywire.

We have the 2013 R25sc classic. We found our heading sensor behind a small panel at the back of one of the galley cupboards. It happened to be the one that was our pots and pans cupboard and right where we stored the cast iron frying pan! 😱 Needless to say, we have now rearranged our cupboards.

We have a 2010 25' classic. Our auto pilot heading occasionally gets wonky as well. I'd like to find our heading sensor. I had assumed it was behind the instrument cluster. I will now look further afield! Thanks.
