Will my AC run with the conversion plug from 30amp to a 110 outlet ?

I have run my RV air conditioner that way. What amps does your Boat AC draw (it should be in owners manual) and what amp service do you have at your 110 outlet (typically either 15 amps or 20 amps)? You will have some minor power loss through the adapter but with good contacts that will be minimal. The other questions: What other electrical draws will you be operating on your boat and what if anything else will be drawing from the circuit you are plugging into?

You didn’t specify where you intend to do this, but your boat needs to be in the water or have water supplied to the A/C for it to function.

Using an adapter like this https://www.amazon.com/Marinco-P15-30-E ... rts&sr=1-9 Plugged into a 15 amp receptacle you have a 50/50 chance of the air unit operating. If it is plugged into a 20 amp receptacle yes it will work. As Bill stated you have to have a water supply to the air unit for it to function. I have been able to run the 16K Dometic that was in my C26 off of a 30amp/15amp adapter. I have only done this while flushing fresh water through the unit when the boat was out of the water at my house. To be on the safe side if you are using this dock side and with this adapter plugged into a household receptacle confirm that green polarity light is lit on the AC panel, the receptacle is ground faulted and there are no other 120V breakers in the panel ( on position ) (no 120V components powered) other than the air unit.

Thanks for the info. Yes my boat will be floating dockside .I only plan on running the A/C with the adaptor plug in a 15-20amp outlet. Just wont have a 30 shore power available.
