Hi all. I have a 2022 Cutwater C24 and the Lewmar windlass only worked once, I was wondering if anyone has troubleshooting ideas. I checked the breaker behind the helm and reset it, tested all the batteries which are all charged, and have tried with the engine on and off. I also manually loosened it to check the chain was not stuck, which it wasn't. Whether at the bow controls or the helm, all I hear is a click which I assume is the solenoid, but no movement. Also if someone could tell me where to locate the solenoid, it would be much appreciated.
My second issue is with the Balmar SG200. It originally showed all three battery banks, but now is only showing one. I reset it to factory reset but that did not solve the problem, it just cycles through bank 1. I checked the wires from the shunt and all appears in order. Thanks!
