Window Gasket Material R29 Classic

2011 R29. The sliding window over the settee is leaking around the seal. It looks like the seal is rubber but it isn't uniform enough around the edges to make me think it's a preformed gasket. I think it's a silicone sealant like Dow 795. Anyone know for sure? I have an email in to RT Part to see if they can help.

Are you referring to the seal around the frame up against the fiberglass to the cabin? If so this is what I have used for windows and hatches. You remove entire frame and then apply to frame. You could also use life seal caulk.

Yes, the frame to the fiberglass. So you used 795?

I like butyl tape for that job.
