Winterizing checklist for R-27, inside winter storage

I am a new Ranger Tug owner as of May, first time taking it out of the water to store at an indoor warehouse for the winter in Fall River Mass. Any checklists out there for winterizing? Process and procedures included perhaps?

You didn’t mention whether or not the boat will be on shore power while in storage. If it is on A/C power, I’d recommend adding some automatic heaters to the bilge and cabin.
I have the Twin Hornet 45 heater in the bilge. I run the power cord around the engine and into the cabin. The thermostats are sealed and turn the unit on at 40ºF and off at 46ºF.
In the cabin I use 3 Caframo Stor-Dry dehumidifiers and a Caframo True North 9206 Heater set to come on at 38 degrees.
There heaters are in addition to all the winterization mentioned in the As The Prop Turns Winterization video. The boat is wintered in our driveway so I always know the shore power status.
 
Since they run on 12V, if you turn off the house battery they should be off. Also you can rotate the knob on the inside to zero, it should make a click when it's off.
