I added a T fitting and tubing with a threaded fitting on the end to both the lines feeding the strainers for the AC (also does the toilet and washdown on our R29) and the generator. The fitting on the end is capped until it is time to winterize. Then I remove the cap and screw on about an 18" section of tubing that has a female hose fitting on the other end. That hose fitting gets screwed to the shut off valve on the bottom of a 5-gallon bucket that holds antifreeze. Using the 5-gallon bucket is lots easier than trying to turn the equipment on and off while also pouring antifreeze into the strainers. It took some time to set it up, but saves a lot of time and effort (and spilled antifreeze) when winterizing.

This is what I was thinking, on my 2024 R31 I have separate inlet lines for the NextGen2 and AC generator so I would need to do this on both sides of D4 engine where the seacocks are.

ST, would it be possible to attach a pic? Your solution should be standard on all boats. Well done.
