The manual I have shows the heater plumbing for the Yanmar engine.
I have the Volvo 200 D3.
If you winterize this engine does it also winterize the heater?
The Heater Craft manual indicates there pg 6 for raw water open cooling you have to drain the heater and it's hoses.
I am presuming the Volvo closed cooling system eliminates this need and winterizing the engine takes care of the heater.

Hello Dick,

The cabin heater and water heater have antifreeze running through them for the closed cooling loop. You would want to winterize the water heater (potable water side). I would suggest a professional to show you through or watch our video posted on www.rangertugs.com under the media tab.
