Wiper motor

I have a dead Starboard side wiper in my 31CB.
Trying to remove, brown trim looked like it would come out with 5 screws.
Found it stuck above post on S side and small trm on middle posts.
Think I can bend down enough to get motor out.
Have one pantograph loose, waiting for oil to unfreeze other.
Any hints?

Finally got it out, not easy, notch in shelf is not quite large enough.
Put on bench, found all 3 brush holders unsoldered from board. Somehow overheated a lot.
Soldered them back, reassembled, again a challenge to get 3 brushes on commutator and getting long bolts by magnet.
Reinstalled on boat, spliced wires, working fine.
Now will see how long.
