Wiper Toggle Switch 2018 RT31CB

I have 1 of the 4 wipers that now runs non stop in the off position. The wiper does respond to high and low position by going faster or slower but does not shut off. The issue started by itself without my never touching the wiper switch. I ordered a new switch and need instructions on how to release/remove the old toggle switch from the panel.

There are plastic pressure wings/clips on the top and bottom of the switches. You can try to compress them from the back while pushing out, considering you don't care about re-using the switch you can be pretty aggressive and pry it out if need be.
