Wood Grain Steering Knob

I just got one. The match is not perfect, in my case it’s lighter in color with a hint of orange. However, it looks good as long as you’re not too picky about the match. It sure makes spinning the wheel easier.
 
Guess I was lucky - mine was labeled “Dark Wine”.
 
Just ordered the same steering knob from Amazon and noticed that they have a choice of three colors. I picked the Dark Wine color based on the previous posts. Looking at the posted picture I actually plan to locate the knob on the “inside” of the steering wheel and not the “outside”. Think it will allow for for faster turning of the wheel and will keep the knob out of the way for normal turning of the wheel. Just a thought.
 
We have a R-23 and have the same knob. It really makes a difference. With the R-23, mounting it on the inside works just fine & gives you more leg room.
 
Could any owner of the above knob post a link to it?
 
I don't know how to post a link to them, but there listed on Amazon as steering wheel speed spinners the one you want is made by (Aprofamily) they come in 3 different collors, you will want the dark wine.

Thanks for the lead on this. Just ordered one. Laughed out loud at the product description on Amazon. Something tells me that the Aprofamily company is not North American based... “Helping beginners and female drivers to drive safely. Soft noiseless semi-permanent life.” Looking forward to that semi permanent life on my RT!
