Wood trim on R21EC

Some of the teak trim on my R21EC has come loose; specifically around the sliding door window. Any recommendations as to type of glue to use? Epoxy was first thought. Thanks!
 
I use J-B ClearWeld epoxy on my repairs. You can get it most anywhere. It’s sets in5 minutes and dries clear.

J B weld is a bit expensive but well worth the money...I have used "Stronger than Nails" that I bought at Home Depot...it is in those tubes like Silicone Calking...and it works well... but anything made by JB Weld is the finest quality available...
