I took Karma out for a short cruise today to Lake Washington. Since she needed her weekly bath and the sun was shining, I thought what a better place to do it than drifting around Lake Washington. I spent a good hour washing her down and was headed back to Stimsons when suddenly right in front of me appeared the only Taupe R-29 built to date! It was Jorge and Marcus out for a Sunday morning cruise. I quickly caught up with them. We exchanged pleasantries across the water and then I offered to get some pictures for them. Everyone wants pictures of their boats underway!
I ran a quarter mile ahead of them and then Marcus put the coals to it. I got some great shots of them running at full speed. What a great looking boat they have! Oh, I guess there is no such thing as a non-great looking Ranger Tug though......
