WTB advice

Interested in purchasing a 2105 22’ in Quebec. I’m new to boating in general. What things do I ask? Who in Quebec is reputable for a survey? What problems can I anticipate in a boat of that vintage? What is a fair price for one in good condition?
The boat would be used on Georgian Bay.

Can't answer very many of your questions but a 2015 should not have many issues if it was properly maintained. For the engine side of things,,,,,How many hours and can you get the maintenance records on the engine? If it has many hours, a good look at the condition of the engine mounts and a check for play in the cutlass bearing. Ask if engine/shaft alignment checks have ever been done, has condition of heat exchanger and exhaust elbow been checked, has valves been checked.

Normal checks to see that the Radio, VHF, GPS/Sounder, Thruster, bilge and water pump etc are all working. This would all be checked I'm assuming if you are able to get a survey.
