Zest microwave oven door not unlocking

The Zest microwave oven on our 2025 R29 CB will not unlock after cooking. It cooks fine but the door lock will not release. Removing the power is the only way to open it after cooking. I've tried the cancel button 3 second trick, holding start/stop together etc. but nothing will work All troubleshooting points to a faulty board. Is there a fix I'm missing? Thanks.

Not sure what model we had, but same issue of door not releasing. U-Tube suggested sticking a thin part into the edge to release the door. Found the latch plastic part was broken and I saw no way to fix easily. Found a new Microwave the same size at Lowes for about $70, problem solved .
