Solar Panel Mounting Systems

I’ve a tug with the typical rack system and want to get a rigid solar panel attached. Does anyone have a good bracket system they can recommend that is and elegant solution?

+1 on the Gemini products brackets.

While perhaps not elegant, I’ve used older Yakima Snap Arounds or SNARs 8810135 for round bars. You need a bit of rubber tape as a washer for a snug fit. I used slightly larger bolts and nylon cored locking nuts. System has about 14,000 miles of trailering at wind speeds up to 80+ mph (car+headwind) with no issues. Relatively inexpensive ($11 or so for set of 4) compared to the $160 for a set of 4 of the elegant solution.

Wow! No issues with that much load being on the cantilevered frame? Or did you beef it up somehow?
