24/7 Fuse Block location in R-23

I read the owner’s manual and have torn the boat apart looking for the 24/7 fuse block and need to replace my downrigger fuse for fishing trip tomorrow. Any help would be much appreciated!

The fuse block is just inside the cave. Should be a carpeted panel that you pull out and the fuse block is exposed. Fuses there include the bilge pumps, CO monitor and stereo.

Sidewall. Look left in cave. Just pull carpeted cover off to expose fuse panel.
