Anchor light always on

I bought the boat almost a year ago. I haven't had the occasion to check the Nav lights/anchor light. As I understand it the NAV 3 way switch on the dashboard controls these lights.
All my lights were either burned out or had a corroded connection. I bought 3 LED substitutes which work.
However the anchor light stays on all the time no matter what position the position on the switch. The red and green work properly.
I appreciate any help.

Check the nav/anchor light switch position on the Command Bridge. It may be "on" for the anchor light.

Yes check the anchor light switch at CB. It works independently from the lower helm.

Yes, that was the problem. Also bad wiring on the NAV rocker switch from the previous owner.
And a funny related story. After I fiddled around with the rocker switch panel on the flybridge dash, my wife noticed that the courtesy lights were on. I couldn't turn them off. I figured must be similar problem. However, the switch on the flybridge is labelled ACC, but that was it. Oh well.
