Looking for a Cargo box that will fit on my 2021 R27 with a crossbar spread of 42". Tried a Thule Alpine 613 and it does not even com close to fitting on that spread. Any Ideas??

This is a Thule Alpine 613 on our 2023 R27. Just required slight adjustment to make the crossbar spread a little wider.

We have perhaps the least sexy cargo box - the Yakima DeepSpace 10. Holds 10 cubic feet of gear. The minimum crossbar spread for this cargo box is 32 inches. The maximum crossbar spread is 46 inches. Exterior dimensions 60” length, 23” width and 16” tall.

So as in older Tugs, factory must change bar configuration. Purchased a brand new 613 that would not fit unless I moved the solar panel which required re-drilling mount for the panel. On my 2021 R27, my spread is 42" center to center.

Yup. Slid the panel over and a quick re-drill to widen the spread. Easy peasy. I wanted extreme low profile. The Alpine was by far the sexiest and most aero approach.

too hard on my 73 yr old body 2 do that, plus out of state owner( live in CO, boats in WA) lacking in equipment and resources🙂 I did find a used Yakima Space Booster(really old) that fit my bars with factory mounts and not having to modify anything. CU in AK, lol.
