Shore Power is plugged in....the breakers behind the back seat are good, the green light is on at the AC panel, the master switch is set to Shore Power but.....there is no power showing up at the meter in the panel. What am I missing?

Check the ground fault sensing module.

Though thinking about it, if you have a green light on your AC panel that probably means you are getting power to there. So maybe it is something else, like a faulty breaker or something.

On the 2014 R31, is the AC shore power supplied by dual 30-amp power?
If a dual power setup are both halves of the panel not supplying power?
Did you swap cords between Inlet One and Inlet Two?

Have checked the following.
On the shore power cord at the boat end
1. Is there voltage on the hot/energized conductor to Neutral and to ground?
2. Is there continuity (with an ohm meter) between the neutral and ground?
3. Assuming, as you stated, the Green Shore power light is on, the most likely cause would be a loose connection on the AC input circuit breaker or the distribution bus, hot and or neutral bus, or a defective main circuit breaker.

Where is that located?
On my R-31, it is as you mentioned, behind the stern rear seat this is a thermal/magnetic circuit breaker with ELCI (Equipment Leakage Current Interrupter) protection, this is a 30ma trip device in lieu of a GFCI, which is a 5 ma device.

Oddly, when I turned on all the breakers...House/ Engine/ Thrusters/ Genset, the Shore power suddenly worked. I turned them off one by one to see if it was one specific breaker that made it work and in the end, I was able to turn them all off and the shore power still worked.

Perhaps there is a transfer switch for the genset that needed power to switch over.

Same thing happened on my 2014 r31s. Turned out the thermal fuse was shot on the original charger/ inverter so it would not let power run thru it to the panel. As a double check…The Generator runs thru it as well so if you don’t get power to the panel when genie is running, my bet is the battery charger is shot. I was told by the mfg that it is not serviceable.

Hi,
I’m actually having g a similar problem, right now. I have AC hooked up on Line 1 and panel light is green, but no current showing. On line 2, I do get a current reading. Do both lines 1 and 2 go through the inverter/charger?
