2011 r27 "extra" fuses?

I am on my way to my 2012 R27. I will look to see if it has a similar aux fuse holder. I do not believe it does.Anyone sorted out what these two fuses are for? It's a 30A and a 15A separate from the documented fuse panel.
One of the red wires is broken, I'm trying to work out what its for!

It's the Webasto heater!
Funny, that was one of the things that wasn't working!
Interesting that it also has two fuses in the pdp right beside it!
Follow up:
Someone did a janky extension from the 20A "Diesel Heater" fuse & split the wire with this weird fuse block.
* 20A (?!) for the control panel
* 15A for the heater itself
The extension fuse has been removed leaving only a 5A fuse inline for the control panel - I don't know how this was originally wired, but it's cleaner now & everything is fused and works properly.
