Had mine pulled this morning for bottom paint and the travel lift said 11,000lbs. That seems AWFULLY high. Full fuel, water and gear but our gear is just weekender type gear. Curious what others weigh.

For older boats the published dry weights were grossly understated. Our 2009 R-25 Classic, loaded with our normal gear, was well over 1,000 pounds above published dry weight. On scales the R-25 (less trailer weight) came in at 7,600 pounds with mostly empty tanks.
Our 2017 Cutwater C-28 weights in at 10,400 pounds with normal cruising gear and mostly empty tanks.
The twin Yamaha F150 outboards (approx 520 pounds each) on newer RT-27OB are really not significantly lighter than the VP D-4 (1,060 pound) diesel in our C-28.
The 8,200 pounds dry weight for the R-27OB that you might see referenced is a joke. I’m not surprised if your R-27OB with fuel, water and normal cruising gear came in at close to 11,000 pounds!

The sling we use for most haulouts has digital scale of unknown accuracy. We're usually right around 9400-9500 pounds on our '21 R27OB with little-to-no water, around half a tank of fuel, and a kicker.

That's in our regular "fishing" mode and not laden with all the stuff we take when we're cruising for multiple days. Add in a full tank of water (~330#) and a full tank of fuel (860#) and I dont think we're too far away from 11,000 pounds.
