The USB outlets located on the port side and in the V-berth of my vessel are not providing a charge. Both appear "lit" in blue. Is there a common fuse I should check or do you have any other suggestions? The USB outlet at the helm is working normally. Thanks in advance.

There is a fuse for the USB outlets is in the Q-berth behind the small little wooden removable door. Next to the 24 hour fuse block.

Check the wires behind the outlet. You can access them by looking behind the vinyl panel in the coat rack area, where you can see the backside outlet. If everything looks fine, then the outlet has likely gone bad.
