Structural Hull cracks on both sides of OB engine

I have a 2024 Solara S-250 Coupe. We have a structural issue with hull cracks on both sides of OB engine. I had the STB side fixed once, but it came back after 8 months and now the ports side is getting bad also. I am looking for a solution, so I do not have to get this repaired every year.

I have had this repaired once , although in your case it looks as if the substrate may have structural failure ,
Movement looking at the jagged edge there is stress from the structural supporting material's A marine surveyor licensed could confirm and dig deeper for a permanent solution.
Mine was superficial so far! , But I check it after every trip!
 
Shouldn't this repair be covered by the 5 year hull warranty?

Hair line cracks are not covered in the 5 year hull warranty. BUT these are Structural and chipping cracks which are covered under the 5 year hull warranty. Not sure why Fluid motion is NOT RESPONDING.
 
This is structural , and not superficial,
The gel coat cracks are jagged and fracturing due to structural stress and Flex . Structural Engineering tests will prove.Hope Fluid reviews this.
this could damage the reputation and integrity of the Brand.=
Hesitant buyers !
