Quick question on kicker fuel and electrical power; in a factory setup, how is the fuel line and battery power line threaded through the transom to the kicker?

I added a kicker on my R23. I wanted tiller controls. I fabricated a steering jumper from SS all thread and purchase the end fittings & ball studs from Amazon for $12.00. When running with the kicker, I attached the steering jumper, start it at the motor, set the gears and throttle, then steer from the helm. If I need to maneuver with the kicker, I can do so comfortable from the swim platform or sitting on the transom. Installed a separate fuel filter and ran the fuel hose and battery cables through the main motor rigging tube to get thru the transom, then used this "connector" for the kicker cables & fuel hose to exit the main rigging tube.
Note: I had to remove the SS railing on the port side of the swim platform due to the tiller. If you have the remote steering, the rail does not interfere with the motor.

Fantastic! Thanks so much! Why did you decide to go through the motor hose as opposed to the factory setup?

To keep from drilling another hole in the transom and to have only one rigging tube running fore and aft across the swim platform. With no control cables / wires and only the fuel and battery cables, it seemed an easier installation.

Good choice! Thanks again! I ordered the flange hose.
