    Prop shaft removal

    Hi there, For R25 W/ 1 1/4 shaft Wondering what is the size of the nut holding the coupling to the propeller shaft? Can’t visibly see it and can’t get a measuring tool between the coupling faces. Removing shaft to add a dripless seal and new cutlass bearing

    2008 R-25 Anchor Light and Horn Inoperable

    New to me R-25. 100hrs on engine. Sat in indoor rack storage most of the time. Anchor Light, and Horns Inop. I replaced the Anchor Light housing, measured continuity. The aged 4 pin connector at the Stack Housing measures 2.7v DC... So i am looking for any wisdom regarding the wiring route...

    throttle and steering controls need more tension

    On my 2010 R-25 is there any way to increase the tension in the throttle as it accelerates too quickly especially from neutral. The steering also tends to allow the boat to wonder rather than following a true course?
