'07 R-21 EC prop zinc size and size of bolt

Can anyone tell me whether the prop zinc is a C or a B? I purchased a C and it is quite loose, not nearly a snug fit. As background, I lost the zinc and bolt last season. What I've gleaned from a post in 2017 on a 2013 model year R-21, the zinc should be a C and bolt 5/16", 1 1/4" long with 18 thread count. Is this correct for the 2007 R-21?

My 2013 R21EC has a 1" shaft and a C size zinc. Looks like the "B" size is for a 7/8 inch shaft. What do you have?

My shaft is 1". I purchased a 'C' prop zinc today. It fits loosely but does fit. I called a local Ranger dealer and their service department confirmed the loose fit.

The zinc is snug once tightened with the bolt. Perhaps I'm overthinking this but I figured that because the concave side of the zinc is cut out to the shape of a nut, it should fit somewhat snug not loose.
