There is water accumulating on the floor under the forward sleeping area. Turning on the aft bilge pump doesn't help. When I sop up the water with towels it just refills from the drain hole at the aft end of the floor area. Can this water somehow be drained out? Appreciate any advice! Thanks.

Is it fresh water or raw/sea water? Most of these boats sit in the water with a little bow up which would let the water drain to the bilge pump. From your post it sounds like it's still leaking after drying up with towles! I would secure the water source first. Good luck. Bob

There have been some who've had leaks from the rode locker into the area under the berth; doesn't solve your drainage problem, but could be the source of the water.

The boat is currently out of the water, and I think that a recent heavy shower was the cause of the water.
I was thinking that any water that enters the boat would be channelled to the bilge pump and evacuated, but maybe this is not the case?

That is definitely the case with our 2015 R21EC, all water ultimately migrates to the rear bilge pump area.
It appears you have two problems, a rainwater water leak and something obstructing the water from flowing the full length of the bilge. Both should be addressed.
A garden hose selectively aimed at likely locations on the deck while someone is watching in the V Birth area for leaks may give a clue as to where the water is entering.
As for the bilge blockage, that will take lots of poking around with a flashlight and for hard to access areas use you camera phone with flash.
Keep us posted on your progress.

If it's sitting down at the bow, rain can accumulate and find it's way forward. As you dry it up more would seep in. This may not be what's happening but a possibility.
