Turned the key to start and nothing, not even a click. Figured it was the thermal ignition breaker switch below the rear step on the port side had tripped. Checked it and it was closed. Opened it and closed it a couple of times and still nothing. Batteries are fully charged at just over 13v. So, I am guessing that the switch is faulty. Any other ideas?
Tight connections to the starter solenoid.
Reason I think the ignition switch, it once tripped for no reason so I reset it and boat started no problem.
I can't think of anything else.

Have you tried wiggling the throttle lever? I had bumped that once, and no click, no nothing. After a quick call to a tech that told me to check the lever, I did - and viola!

I was kinda red-faced at that one 😉

Let me ask a stupid question: Is the throttle in neutral? It has happened to me. With that said did you check the neutral safety switch? You can bypass it by unplugging it and then short out the plug. As mentioned could also be the ignition switch. It is easier to check out the neutral safety though, so I would do that first.
