We have a 2012 R29 Sedan. The lazerette cockpit hatch seals on are leaking. Do you have OEM replacements? Can you guide me to who may have replacements?

Not sure if you are talking about the "latches", or the "hatches"? One my R27 I found that the latches were leaking on the hinge part of the lift finger grip. I removed the latch and applied a gob of silicon on the pivot points or seal to entire underside of the latch to the hatch. By taking out the latch from the hatch (almost a poet and know it  ) you can easily see the culprit that drips water on to the stuff in the lockers.
If the hatches are leaking, I check to see if the neoprene seal was in full contact with the raised water gutter. If not add additional neoprene sealing tape (Home Depot) to get full contact with the lip.
I also found that I need to stop the sea water from coming under the aft transom door from a following sea or waves breaking on the swim platform. I made Starboard water stops (like a threshold) with a foam gasket that stopped most of the water from coming in.

Remove the latches and inspect. if they're like mine, they had no seal or sealant. I sealed then with sealant. There's probably nothing wrong with the latches themselves.

No sealant seems to be a common problem with FM boats judging by our boat and others that I have seen. We have a 2021 Cutwater 28 bought new and I noticed at the bottom of the swim grid hand rails had rust. So I took off the hand rails they had no sealant so I used butyl tape also did the bumpers that are bolted to the back of the swim grid and the ladder bolts. Can not stand seeing rust on our boat.
